People’s Choice Solar is a U.S.-based company that offers our Services to U.S. and international customers. and we follow internal procedures for verifying that our commitments under this Privacy Policy have been implemented. It's likely that compliance with this obligation, under a sucessor to EU-US Privacy Shield, can be investigated and enforced by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. You can also refer a complaint to our chosen independent dispute resolution body JAMS, and in certain circumstances, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence in the EU.
